🆘 On the euthanasia list Friday, 11/21. 🆘 💙🐶 Tonka #A2044275 11/04/25 ? Stray | Staffordshire Mix | Male | 1Y | 46.6 lbs | HW Negative 💜 Volunteer Notes: We were not able to meet Tonka. If you?re interested in helping us meet the animals, please message us! 🔹 Intake 11/04/25 ? 1 brown mixed stray injured dog near the location, not able to move. 📝 Shelter Notes 11/19/25 ? Tonka is barking at the neighboring dog and will pull on the leash when walking to go outside, in the kennel he is vocal when people are walking by. 11/18/25 ? Painted in kennel overnight. Dog was super wiggly when leashed jumping up but was able to redirect using treats. Pulled towards run when we got close. Once outside ran to the back running along side with neighboring dog. Once placed back into kennel dog began to clam bark behind sheet. Pulled in sheet halfway through day recovered and offered rawhide. 11/17/25 ? Painted in kennel, dilated pupils and once leashed dog is forward on the leash. In the outside runs did get vocal. Once I walked him back to kennel seemed to be more loose on the leash and relaxed in kennel. 11/16/25 ? Mr. Tonka: When I approached to leash dog standing up with wiggly body, happy tail. When leashed he walked on tight leash, jumping on me. He is treat motivated but then distracts with other dogs. Would pull toward other dog when walking to the runs. In the outside him notice him running back and forth with his neighbor dog. 11/14/25 ? Dog was in the kennel laying down and when I approached to leash dog stood up with wiggly body and as I leashed him he walked on tight leash zig zagging and jumping on me. He is treat motivated but then distracts with other dogs and wants to walk towards them when placing him back in the kennel he walked in time kept trying to get out as I was closing the kennel. 🚑 Medical Notes 11/18/25 ? Normal exam, 4/9. 11/04/25 ? Normal exam, 4/9. HW test negative. Dewormed. Vaccinated (DAP2PV, Bordetella, Rabies). Advantage Multi applied. Pyrantel given.
