Pitbull mix, white and black. 📝 Shelter Notes 11/20/25 ? Wagging tail, loose leash walk. Quiet. 🚑 Medical Notes 11/15/25 ? Bilateral thick yellow ocular discharge. Started on erythromycin ophthalmic ointment. 11/13/25 ? Hair thinning on hind end with flaky skin. Heavy ocular discharge in right eye. Left ear appears thickened with discharge. Skin scrape negative. 11/13/25 ? Severe dental disease, upper and lower entropion with ocular discharge OU/OD worse. AS thickened with crusting. Generalized alopecia/hair thinning especially on rear and medial limbs. High HW+. Needs dental rads, entropion surgery once medically stable, AU clean and apply Claro. Advantage Multi applied.
